You can do what you want, but is the joke worth enough to pay actual money for? Ultimately you are paying for nothing tangible. But if you think it'll work... I'm all for pranks, but make it worth your while. You know best. Do it under a VPN and a different server so they don't ban your IP (if you care about Twitter). I prefer over Facebarf these days...
I'll tell you what I want to do.
Everyone laughs at my singing but I enjoy it so I keep on singing. I'm going to put a clip on twitter and then load it with a bunch of fake twitter followers to fool my friends.
It's not a big deal if twitter kills my account because I can make another one. As for paying for the followers I can honestly say that I've spent more money on less and had nothing to show for it. Life is short, a little joke here and there among friends makes it worth living.
As for fiverr,
They revised their terms and conditions and selling followers is prohibited

If I can make an observation, that sound less like a joke and more an exercise in patheticism. It wouldn't do it. If they laugh, they are gonna laugh anyway. If they see you paid money for fake followers on Twitter, you'll just give them something new to laugh at. I don't know if you'll hear the end of it.
Think of it this way, if you think you are good, fuck em and do it anyway. If you buy followers then you admit you are bad, since you need to fluff the numbers for followers. I would PM them your vids to drive them crazy.. Make songs insulting them... This is almost like admitting defeat. Either they'll not notice at all, or only for 2 seconds and: A) not care, or B) care enough to make fun of you. I'd advise against it...
