Adobe media encoder CS6

Hello i'm hoping somebody, anybody might help me out right here. This has just beginning to happen these days. I've gone to render out Half an hour of cannon xf300 MXF movie from Premiere to get started with. Then i tried out media encoder. When it gets to the finish it stays and freezes then i get an unfamiliar problem flash up on the display. Now i've added no effect or anything to the video clip. Usually i would have no problem with this at all but today this is happening. Does anyone know why?
