Adobe Photoshop Cs6 & Adobe Tool 3.1 - [UA-07]

Hi all.
After installing Photoshop as per the installation instructions, and trying various theThingy torrents, I keep having the same issue.
After opening Photoshop and using the drop down menu and selecting the action you want to perform, the menu does not show up fully
so you cannot insert the info you need to.
I have searched these forums but could not find anything related to my issue.
If anyone here could help, it would be much appreciated.

Have you made sure that when you installed it that you had disabled any anti virus software and were disconnected from the internet?  A lot of security suites will automatically quarantine the altered dll files without you noticing, so can cause strange installation problems!  HTH
