I'm baffled by the same phenomenon. Maybe (joking speculation) there is another hidden member status for special uploaders like TvTeam (the IPT guys) that do advertising with TPB thus there is monetary incentive to provide better service.  (joking speculation)

I am sure that is not the case. But, they might be using some internal API to automate uploads?

Yeah, most likely an API because TvTeam, ettv etc. are bots. But still, I can see new torrents being uploaded by Normal class members like me (plebs) in the Recent Torrents page https://thepiratebay.org/recent strange.

I just tried 10 MORE TIMES to upload some new releases using 10 different VPN IP addresses around the world and i still keep getting this F'N 500 error code bullshit

It seems it is impossible to upload anything here at this point and as a long time highly dedicated PirateBay user and uploader this is completely insane. 

HOW MANY TIMES DO I and the OTHERS ABOVE HAVE TO KEEP ASKING FOR SOMEONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM HERE??? I REALLY HATE TO COMPLAIN BUT CAN SOMEONE IN CHARGE PLEASE LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND FIX IT THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

Have you tried using Tor and using the onion link? I just logged in just now.

I've registered a new account, tried to upload and I got the same error: 
500 Internal Server Error 

I've tried everything I could think of:
Proxies
Tor
VPN
Clearing cookies/cache
Different browser
New account

I gave up.
TPB is the greatest!
