20 Pages of Fakes in Apps/Windows

Today there were approx. 20 pages of fakes in Apps/Windows that are literally uploaded only seconds apart. This has been going on for months now. When will TPB address this? A simple timing script separating uploads by 1 minute will solve this problem. Legit uploaders are only affected by having to wait 1 minute between uploads. Fakes being uploaded with seconds between them should be detected and user banned for 1 hour. Or, do it your way, but please fix it.
