I doubt they could pack the HPIM vol 1 & 2 (3000 pages) + the self-assessment book (700 pages) with lots of pictures and diagrammes in a tiny 35-MB epub (.azw3). Very much doubt. A quixotic endeavour to me.

The Amazon link you give reports the size of the kindle (.azw3, not a print replica or azw4) to be 300 MB. 35 MB make no sense.
