Hi. Is this navdata GNS430? Im looking for it to use with JDA330. If yes, ive created a folder GNS430. Do I put them there?

no. do not put CIFP into ur GNS430 folder. Put navdata into GNS430 folder

Just the earth_nav.dat?
Ohh I think it wont work anyway because the GNS430 folder is empty to start with. I give up. Just gonna manual vfr till I reach proper sid/stars lol

Thank you my good sir. Can you guide me on where to put this file? Move everything to xplane11/custom data and create a new folder named GNS430 and put everything there? Or do I put in the aircraft folder plugins/fmgs/navdata?
