Nobody needs trackers. Use DHT.

i don't know how to use dht and for me uploading via trackers is better beceause my internet speed is not high

you do not upload to a tracker, so it doesn't have any effect regarding your internet speed.

Well, A simple answer to your question is use DHT but if you really want a collection of trackers then click here, But it's an OLD list only a few would work. But while downloading some old/dead torrents I prefer it. Otherwise a collection of currently working trackers are here. I personally use them.
