What does the second step mean exactly?

2. Copy the replacement file VideoScribeBin folder in FIX (Programme ▸ VideoScribe.app ▸ Contents ▸ Resources)

Do I replace the folder with the file? Do I add the file into the folder? What does FIX mean?

Copy whatever is in the FIX folder to the path you mentioned.
