It's a very good introductory text to oceanography and meteorology.

dynamics of the upper atmosphere
I think that this textbook is meant for post grad because it's very very specific, it was lieing there in the library unborrowed for decades.

PS: RAW scan, I have no idea when I'll have the time to process in PDFs (by process I meant to photo edit so the text is clean, high contrast, and compresses much better). I plan to make a collection on books of dynamic oceanography and meteorology. Appart from those two I have mentioned I've found a lot more on the subject of atmosphere and ocean dynamics in library genesis.
