Convert the NTSC to PAL using e.g. Movavi Video Converter or VSO Software ConvertXtoDVD. The BluRay torrent on rutracker is 36GB in size and it's highly unlikely anyone will download a torrent that size just to split it and give you the bonuses.

Okay,when i started downloading full blu ray i saw main part is 31 gb and then 3 parts of 1.5 gb each,are those 3 songs that are extras?Maybe i can just download them?

.m2ts is the extension used for the Blu-ray Disc Audio-Video (BDAV) MPEG-2 Transport Stream (M2TS) according to Wiki. Download 1 of them just to be sure and if your happy. Download the other 2.
