Like I go to Torrentz2.eu and open any torrent.
And there's a list of about 15 sites with the same torrent.
How the hell do people upload to these many sites?
Do they like manually go to each site and upload it?
Just curious that's all.

As far as I know, people don't have to upload to all those sites.
All they need is to upload to the most visited sites and it will be readily mirrored to the others.
Some sites just scrapes the most visited for their content.
So people also might have automated scripts
So it's like a paper trail.
RG's can do the multiple upload using softwares which were made availbele on old SB. Usually developed by the RG to keep there own stamp. Spidering of torrents is one method but not upload method.

The hell is RG and SB?
RG = Release Group. And they can use multiple people to upload multiple things at once.
SB = I have no idea.
But most of the time, it's the scrape/mirror that plhbg.sprby mentioned.

People make them for themselves, as far as I know they are not available for download on the web.
I think "SB" means SuprBay, but I'm not sure.
