I want to try and download a movie safely and afterwards upload it onto YouTube, but what I am afraid of is getting a copyright claim or a copyright strike on my YouTube channel for uploading a particular movie in public.

So my question is, How do I know a movie that I am searching for is copyrighted and not copyrighted? 

I want to download a safe torrent without getting a copyright strike on YouTube.

Pretty much any movie will be copyrighted. Unless it is some off the wall independent movie, but even then, I would imagine you need permission from the filmmakers.

Everything there is clean due to the Creative Commons licence.
