This new limit is a big problem, many do not enter by very little.

There is no new limit and that error has nothing to do with the size of the .torrent file.
It means the torrent you're trying to upload contains a file that is too large or small for the category you're trying to upload to. eg. a 120MB .avi file is acceptable as a Music Video but not as a Movie.
Upload into a different category.

I upload h265 content and then I get good quality HD in very few megabytes so it must be failing.
Do I put them as SD quality so that I can publish?

That is a clip. It has never been anything else.
A "movie" (suitable for Porn > Movies or Porn > HD Movies) would be at least 60 minutes long, and even using h265 you could not fit 60 minutes of 1080p video into "a few megabytes". Based on the Karina White video above, such movies would be around 700MB which would be large enough to be accepted into the HD Movies category.

In HD category, those that are longer or heavy.
Usually the videos of most pages without getting to be films. They last for 25-40 minutes.

are there any specs for audio books? mp3 files? 13 hours at 32 in 2 files. total 210 mbts. 413 file too big?
is it me? I am So thankful i can download tons of nice big audio books, why cant i upload one? i want to share!
I'm not aware of any size restrictions on audio files. If you get a filesize error let us know.
i am wondering if mods can contact site admin to modify this error message to give some meaning to the user so he does not need to research on search engines once this error happen
