I wanted to reupload torrent that was deleted or unavailable in search for some reason. I got error that the torrent already exists in system.

The torrent in question is good, no virus or other problems. I am talking about this torrent https://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4653262...1-RELOADED

What are general guidelines when encountering such situation?
You can't upload a deleted torrent identically to the way you did before. The hash code is always kept on the site, even if the torrent's gone. You can re-up, but must change something even a bit--throw in an extra line in a textfile, etc.
Yeah, but I've had the hash removed from the site in order to reupload it.
But those were my torrents when I had it done.
If the torrent is safe, contact a mod. They may be able to do it, or not.
Could be it was deemed not safe, or it was deleted by the original uploader by request, in order to re-up it for some fix or whatever...

Eeshools, you have two options:

1. You can slightly modify the contents of the torrent, as Philidor suggested; or
2. You can create a thread under Account Issues (https://pirates-forum.org/Forum-Account-Issues) and ask the mods to clear the hash associated with the earlier torrent for you.
Modifying the contents to create a new hash also creates a new swarm. Unless this is brand new content, creating a new swarm is not ideal. Better to just ask the hash be cleared.
