Not really a site issue as we don't have any control over the routes taken to reach our service.
Depending on how you are accessing tor, you can tell it to pick a new route, or wait 10 minutes or so and it will automatically take a new route.

This is the error I get from TOR:
The connection has timed out
The server at suprbayoubiexnmp.onion is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Tor Browser is permitted to access the Web.
This has been going on all week, various endpoints and interations of TOR. Beats me whats going on. Obviously the non onion address works ok, so I am good.
Thanks for looking at it.

If that is a regular and ongoing error for you, then that is weird. I'm replying right now using the .onion address, and haven't had any problems using the service in the past few days. There have been occasional times where it was slow to respond, but as I previously mentioned, forcing a new route fixed that.
I'll see if Winston can kick the tor service when he's next in the neighborhood.
