A few things I need insight on.

Does having a laptop with a higher processor, RAM and so forth help download torrents quicker? And will seeding torrents that have 0 seeders for example help seed?

On a different topic, I'm curious on another matter. For the newer models of laptops that come out, does it increase the risk of downloading torrents even more seeing our activity? Or is it the same as from before when not using a VPN?

What about installing Windows 7? I know Windows 7 is becoming obsolete, but will installing it on the newer laptop models work? I have checked for the drivers compatible with the laptop which is okay to install Windows 7, but I don't know if they have found a way that we can't by pass it.

No, your download speed is limited by what your ISP provides, and sometimes that may be faster than what the swarm can provide.

If there are peers that in the swarm that haven't finished downloading and there are no other seeds, then yes, you are helping.

What hardware you are using has no bearing on whether or not you are spotted in a swarm.
