There's a lot of hype suggesting that Portman had long discussions with the author himself, i.e. Amos Oz; I'm eager to see how she handles the film....

Well, I have since seen the film and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it! It's not often that the film version does the book justice but in this case, thumbs up.
Jim Jarmusch - Paterson...
I think release is in December 2016...
