it's somehow some sorts of Video Streaming site with "Illegals" copyrighted contents which in the examples of Youtube will taking down any uploads of Game Of Thrones Full Episode(s), the sites doesn't....well some sort of since some has complies some just don't give a vagina.

hint:
the "easiest" way to shown an examples just by googling some kind websites that's have some foreign TV Shows with Foreign Languages that had been either soft(?)or hard subbed into Engrish or some Klingonians for the viewers.
