im a noob in the torrenting business i uploaded a few torrents but i see the seeding and leeching rises and drops is there and actual figure on how many downloads my torrent has
The BitTorrent protocol doesn't support the collection of that statistic. ie. it is not possible to tell.

superfly7 at the moment TPB doesn't support download tracking (Probably never will)
No torrent site supports it. Definitely never will, because it's not simply and literally not possible.
It is true that some torrent sites show figures, but they're estimates and they're wildly inaccurate.
