I know it seem weird and very very specific, but I need a copy of DOL-GM8E-0-00 USA version of metroid prime for GameCube.
the reason being that there are mods to make this version of metroid prime into 16:9 widescreen resolution so I can run it at 720 or 1080p.
the mod will not work with version 1.0 or 1.02, which are apparantly the only widely available copies on the net right now.
but someone out here has to have a digital copy, or else the mod wouldnt be released on the dolphin forums at all anyway. it IS out there, its just the action replay code (or alternatively, hard coded hex edits) that stop the clipping outside of the original aspect ratio cause every other version of the game out there to crash and burn. tons of memory errors and pointer errors.
so the only way to get it to run correctly is to get that specific copy of the ISO.
I say its quite important to bring this specific version back onto the scene, instead of the more modern updated ones (which actually limit gameplay more and dont allow speed runs as well) because it can be updated to almost full HD in dolphin.
I know im not the only one interested in it, many people even seek to buy copies of it still.
its got to exist online.
I know that not many gamecube games are still floating around online. especially oddly specific versions like this.
if anyone can help, hit me up.
