does anyone know what the remaining domains that tpb uses it may be possible that the problem is limited to .se and .onion

Don't be afraid. They'll be back soon. As long as it says "bad gateway" and not "host error" means their servers aren't offline.

It's working now. I even managed to upload a torrent.
TPB is up. Both onion and HTTPS are working.
