We are using a free SharePoint website that came from CloudAppsPortal to manage our team contacts which include consolidate, add, remove, edit, modify phone numbers and email ids by all or any member of the closed usergroup; but, not all of them are able to take advantage of SharePoint as it does not seem to be sufficiently simple to be used by even non-technical people in our group. Understandably, this creates some serious resistance from plenty of such people. I need some other form of Contacts Sharing option that will importantly allow non-IT talent persons to use it without expert assistance. And we are not in the market for paid software but rather free versions, which again, are not trial ones. If anyone knows of any such application that will help non-technical people to manage contacts online from anywhere, it will be of great help and accordingly acknowledged.
