I know i'd rather wait for the proper BluRay/TV copy rather than a cam, unless its a new fast and furious which i desperately want to watch
Sometimes I get cams; after downloading a bit I check A/V quality and if it passes my tolerance, wich is not much demanding, I watch.

A few bootlegs have varying quality across the run, or mix sources from russian, mandarim, spanish, etc along the way.
And the frequent indonesian, thaylandian or philippino subtitles. All those conditions make me dith a download and look for another edit.
No, I don't.

If I am that desperate, I would check the public library for movies. They're pretty good for releasing recent movies.
I am spoiled I only watch Bluray/BDRips.
Recently, if anyone cares, I usually strip the protection of the DVD while keeping the file structure and the menus intact.

I love the menus, that's what cam rips don't have.
I don't even think they should be allowed on this site because they're a waste!!
Very rarely unless they contain material that is not available in the HD release.
Recently, I wanted to see a comedy that had just come out in the theaters and was not available in anything but camrip so I downloaded it and watched it.  I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality and it was interesting to hear the audience laughter.
Have you ever seen a cam where there are swearing or when someone starts a fight? Tongue
Anything with that crappy 1XBET watermark can get the F*ck off my system, but I remember the early days, when there were some really good groups out there that could record a movie, with line audio, and you could barely tell the difference between cam and dvd rip. Centropy comes to mind in that regard. Their version of Matrix 2 was practically flawless. I miss Centropy.
