How to you sign up for TPB so you can upload. I can not find anywhere on site to create an account so I can upload my files. If TPB is blocked by your ISP and your using an online proxy or free VPN provider more than likely you can't.
If you use a paid VPN then MODS/CREW will help you out.

After I finished my post, I found I was being blocked by my IP provider, since I'm in the US(screwed)A, I having to use ip numbers instead of the web name, after making a few changes on my setup, I bypass the ip issue, now I can register.

For some reason, not able to get pass the user name part, keep getting wrong code or user name already used or email already used, what gives?

I wasn't aware any ISP in the US was blocking TPB... o_O
If your method for bypassing the block involves a proxy or free VPN, then chances are pretty good the IP you are trying to register with is banned.
If you can access TPB through its IP address, you should just use OpenDNS or Google's DNS servers rather than the ISP provided DNS servers.

Sometimes, I have to us VPN to get online to TPB and sometimes I use http://194.71.107.82/ to get there, most of the time, the ip provider blocks TPB

You can use openvpn, it's free and unlimited bandwidth, the password changes very offen, so you have to go back to the web site to get a new one
I was able to sign up but have not received an email how to finish up the process for TPB, guess till I get an email, will not be able to upload
Problem solved, my email server was blocking TPB email, work around that, now able to upload file, thanks everyone for your help
