Hello,

I remember some time ago there was a section on the main webpage called "Legal Threats" or something like that. Right now I cannot find it, for some reason, which is a pity. I am currently writing a thesis on the PirateBay and those letters would be super interesting to read and a valuable source of information. Is there any way those letters could be accessed? I would really love to read them again. Thanks!

Btw I am sorry if I picked the wrong forum section.

Thank you!
I don't believe you, civilcake; I think you want a good laugh at the expense of the MAFIAA! Smile

Can't blame you, however, as I do too! Smile

Can you elaborate on your thesis assignment? Yes, you stated clearly that you want to talk about The Pirate Bay, but if you give some parameters for us to find, we might aid you better.

Well, the primary topic of my research is secondary liability of the P2P service providers. TPB is, however, main of the key aspects. I need to analyze the piratebay case and compare it to other jurisdictions. I thought it might be awesome to add some examples of the legal threats that were recieved and how they were treated. Just any important/interesting fact about the case and the office raids would be awesome. I do not argue for either side, the point of my task is just to analyze the whole situation, because it is quite an interesting story and I want to make it as interesting as possible Smile
@civilcake

Buddy do post your final thesis (after submission) on TPB as well! But wait your University/College might sue you for posting your own thesis (if not under CC) for copyright Infringement! So... Tongue

If anyone is interested it is a done deal. Honestly I don't think they'd bother Big Grin
