Ahhh, now I know what you mean sj - from our chat earlier I thought you were having issues viewing them in your country.
To embed a vid into your post, hit reply and select the blue video box as shown here:

Select what video site you're using, paste the url into the box in the middle, then hit 'insert' and your video will show when you hit preview.
