Not a site issue. TPB has no control over which peers you can and can't connect to. If you can't connect through certain VPN servers, perhaps bittorrent isn't allowed on those servers.

i understand.
I can download and seed torrents trough this vpn, but i uploaded one and this i cannot seed, maybe something wrong in creating the torrent.
(i couldnt make tpb accept captcha while vpn connected, had to disconnect before uploading)
Tested with ipredator and worked so maybe its PIA.

I use PIA, and you need to use a server that has port forwarding capabilities - go to PIA support and look at the list. Make sure you also use the PIA config and check the Port Forward option and use UDP protocol. Also, make sure you configure your router to forward the port provided to your internal machine youre using.
EDIT: Maybe im misunderstanding what youre trying to convey as your problem...after rereading the above, I see it has to do with being able to use the captcha....now, i couldve just deleted the post but ill leave it as it may come in handy for you some other time.

Thanks but i got PIA working without any changes. Not sure what went wrong here..
