<whining trollery snipped, but the suggestions have some merit. /Mod>

1) to make a page with actual upload rules wich are used by moderators
2) give a link to this page during torrent uploading process
3) don't ban uploaders for a single "bad" torrent, but only remove the torrent and give a message to uploader what was been violated.
Its not rocket science, dont upload fakes, dont upload child porn, dont be involved in scams (surveys, password protected archives without the passwords, links in descriptions leading to the same) and you will never have the pleasure of meeting the moderators.
Sadly, rules have to be kept somewhat vague lest they become a how-to manual for sneaking fakes and malware past moderators.

I have not break any of those rules and yet my TPB account was banned after more than 3 years of activity.....
Yeah, yeah, everyone who is ever banned is innocent, or at least they claim they are. Posting rules wouldn't change that. And if you can't figure out for yourself that spammers aren't welcome, you're not going to be deterred by a couple of lines of text on a page.

The suggestion is not entirely without merit, but I doubt it will ever happen. If if does, Nerd28 can claim bragging right.
