what i don't seem to get is why a city's municipal police department is involved with this. for example; i live in los angeles, california... and if the l.a.p.d. started taking down proxy sites and citing the illegal sharing of copyrighted content as the reason... i'd lose my god damned fucking mind. it seems however, not just to be a local issue in london. all over the world, police departments are getting too much power and authority for their own good.
