Was removed , and Another was later uploaded but not the same version.
What happened, did user removed it or, Im curious thats why I ask what happened ?

There are approximately 40 different torrents of that movie on the system now.
If a particular torrent was removed it was most likely because it was fake--there are always dozens of fakes of any "hot" title. [Which is why you should never download such torrents until they've survived on the system for at least an hour or, better yet, a day.]

He's talking about the original, the first one that was uploaded by Drarbg. And re-uploaded by "Anon"

It wasn't fake at all, that's the one I downloaded and watched.
Should we be worried about us individual pirates being sued for downloading e.g. in the U.S/Australia etc?
