I tried a while back to register a new account on Suprbay and today I tried again, but it says that registrations are disabled. When do you open registrations to new members? Is it invite only, or is it just select periods of time that registrations are enabled for? Thanks for your help!

Been using tpb for some time already and recently uploaded my first torrents. Decided to join the forum, but when I tried to register I got "Sorry but you cannot register at this time because the administrator has disabled new account registrations." Is this temporally?

Registrations were temporarily borked during the night and it's being worked on right now, although I really can't give a precise time when it'll be fixed. To keep an eye on when things are back to normal, click on the yellow 'Pirate Bay Status' link at the top of the page. The site stats are updated every 15 minutes. SuprBay is not invite-only and registration is normally open all the time.
