Are these the 2 .iso's you've downloaded along with their corresponding hash's (SHA1)?:
Visual Studio Ultimate 2013:

File Name: en_visual_studio_ultimate_2013_x86_dvd_3009107.iso
SHA1: 79DBBA7B6EF12B1A4E715A7F20951EE66FBCDAB4
Visual Studio Premium 2013:

Hi Nelly,
Yes I have downloaded the above 2 iso files but their hash's SHA1 do not match with the downloaded files.. also the problem is when i downloaded the file I could see the hash check but once I switch off the pc and try to recheck the hash. My windows 8.1 PC will not allow me to see downloaded iso file property.
as always your advice will be welcome.

For VS Ultimate, the Hash/CRC i have is:
CRC32-- b15a8a51
MD5-- 11bf85e8bd7372e1e48ce7b272ff3986
SHA1-- dfc763dbe91060d0a5fc25d5db2effd5c5a2163e
SHA1 Hash value given by MSDN:
DFC763DBE91060D0A5FC25D5DB2EFFD5C5A2163E
Hash values match so it's an unadulterated copy from M$.
For VS Premium, the Hash/CRC i have is:
CRC32-- 59a488cc
MD5-- 37e8376403fba4f156538a1ca03f9bf1
SHA1-- 8c170080b5c3260cebc3ba3b1d85a3e55c1a2747
SHA1 Hash value given by MSDN:
8C170080B5C3260CEBC3BA3B1D85A3E55C1A2747
Hash values match so it's an unadulterated copy from M$.
As for the issues your having with Visual Studio and Win 8.1. That sound's like an O/S or software compatibility issue and you may have better luck resolving it on the MDL Forum.
Thanks Nelly,
The file I have downloaded hash check matches with the hash check provided by Microsoft so thanks for your help.
As for the strange issue with Windows 8.1 (with high spec hardware), which is very slow in showing the above downloaded files properties and hence preventing from seeig hashcheck. this issue is still unresolved. Which may need to get it over with fresh installtion of the OS and all the software.
Thanks
