I'm having issues with this torrent

it installed just fine but once I launch the game an error pops up saying

can someone please help me? I already tried all kinds of things found on google for hours and today is my only free day of the week

they worked as in I could install all of them just fine but launching the game still only gives me that error

Edit: the dependancy walker came up with a couple errors which I think happen because that program is very outdated Built on 29 October 2006
