I'm looking for Stargate 1994, with subtitles (non-English parts only) hard coded.

I found one copy (YIFY 750p 850 MB), but after the movie there's an additional 6+ hours of blankness. Tried downloading that one several times, from different sites, and all copies were the same.
This one claims to have hard coded subs:

quite a few choices here as well:

Thank you

Welcome.
I have limited storage space, so was hoping for something less than 1GiB.

Is there a way to edit the length of the YIFY download I mentioned above from 7h13m to 2h9m?

Technically, I can't help you there. But you might explain what you need in one of these forums. Make sure you paste the file or magnet along with the request. Good luck!:

Hello.

I trimmed the Stargate.EXTENDED.1994.720p.BrRip.x264.YIFY file down to 2:09:40 and from 850 MB to 543 MB.

Grab it here if you would like.

Cheers!
Fantastic! \O/

I've been downloading more then several years now, and only within the past month did I learn about software like HandBrake and AviDemux. I feel like a kid again Big Grin

Is there a way to hardcode subtitles into other videos (so the end result is one video file, instead of having to use VLC player with two files)?

I'm not sure if I understand exactly, but if you are asking if one can take a video that has no subtitles and then merge a separate subtitle file with it, then yes.

I have had success doing that using MKVToolNix.
That is what I'm looking to do.

I just noticed that HandBrake handles this, but can't seem to find step by step instructions. My mind is not as nimble as it was when young, so having my hand held as I cross the metaphorical street is a great help, as long as I don't get left in the middle of said street.
