First link looks legit. Its an FTP. Wont harm you to download, then you can run whichever virus check you want. Second link is broken i think

I can however help you out by letting you know that you dont need any filezilla or other fancy softwarez to download direct links from an open http directory. Just click, save as, and wait

Ok so i went and clicked the links from the first one i told you looked legit and got popup BS but no downlaod. SOrry to say
