Hello…

I constantly hit the option "subscribe and receive e-mail notification of new replies" but I don't receive them. I did go to the spam folder but they aren't there, and when I go to "User CP", "Forum subscriptions", I'm not subscribed to none!

What can I do?

Subscribed threads will show up under thread subscriptions, not forum subscriptions.

In addition, the subscription method needs to be e-mail or instant notification, depending on where you are looking.

The e-mail service is currently working. The messages are going out. Anything that happens to them after that is outside of our control.

I did go to "Subscribed Threads" and they're there but can't receive anything, I did receive the first ones, but after that nothing and there are other people complaining about the same problem.

That's something you'll have to take up with your mail provider then.

We have no control over what they do with the messages we send you.
