> What is meant by "Classic" In short,"Classic" here means: the collection of VeggieTales shows and movies which retain the original spirit and vision of VeggieTales, as set forth by it's creators. In more detail, VeggieTales was created by Phil Vischer under the company Big Idea Entertainment. It was then a genuine production which evidently came from a right spirit on behalf of the creators. As with all things media, Big Idea eventually went bankrupt due to budgetting issues during the production of Jonah: A VeggieTales Movies, the largest VeggieTales undertaking at that time, and was sold to Classic Media in 2004. At the time, Classic Media was not owned by Dreamworks. During the ownership by Classic Media, the VeggieTales show kept to a similar spirit as the original creators intended. After Dreamworks purchased Classic Media in 2012. Dreamworks began to oversee production of Big Idea Entertainment in 2013, later releasing the Netflix series VeggieTales in the House. The aforementioned and later releases have not been included in this collection as they cannot be considered to retain the same spirit; Dreamworks, as an entity, operates antithetically to the core message behind the VeggieTales series. Note: The final episode "Noah's Ark" is the final in the "original" VeggieTales series. It was released post-Dreamworks involvement and uses the Netflix series character assets. It was not included in this release as frankley, the new character designs are horrifying to wittness. The children have been spared this grief.
