i'm unable to download a torrent file, it's seeds are 0 right now, but i wanna download it, it's available on Piratebay but just because of 0 seeds, it's not downloading.
Please can someone help me to download it?

Please help, it's not available anywhere else except torrent, but almost on all torrent sites, it's uploaded by the same person, but the seeds are 0 there too.

That explains it right there. If the number of seeders, the ones who are uploading the entire torrent, is low, it won't download.

Change the title of this thread to "Reseed Request." You can do this by going to Video Requests, press and hold the left mouse button this topic until you can edit the title. Enter the text and press Enter/Return (depending on where you live).

If there are no seeds, you'll have to download it elsewhere.

I agree with RobertX. Having said that, it always helps us if the poster includes the title, in this case: J Bole Toh Jadoo Cartoons (all episodes). A link is also useful:
