I am really getting into Danish director Nicolas Winding Refn (NWR). He has definitely been influenced by David Lynch, which can be a good thing.

I am trying to view a short film from 2022 called "Touch of Crude" (fight that urge to insert an "A" at the beginning of the title

"Touch of Crude", which sees a Prada-clad woman move into a new house before she's visited by a floating Black Box. The already eerie atmosphere turns into a full blown horror as the otherworldly entity acts as a peephole unlocking multiple universes. Once peering into the box, our protagonist is sent on a voyeuristic journey through the lives of multiple women in neon lit versions that verge on the horrifying to the glamorous and the banal.
