There are seeders according to the site but I have been trying to download and have not been able to get beyond 1/3 of the download for over a week.

Works here, but it is now 5/19 so you may have downloaded.  I am seeding if you still have not been able to download.  Also try restarting your client or if behind vpn try a different ip/location and restart your client.  Maybe try a different client (qBittorrent works well).  Or just wait.
