It is part of a 10 volume edition, published by Princeton UP and edited by Daniel Mendelson [link below]

Thanks.  The edition I was looking for is the first truly complete and critical edition, restoring the pacifist and political poems, such as Spain and 1 September 1939, which Auden disowned and excised from the post-war editions of his official collected works.  Unfortunately, it does not seem to be available.
