looking to start up my own IPTV server to stream movies/live TV etc, could anyone recommend a good application/service to record and upload to a server?

no i need a device/service that will allow me to record and upload live TV/movies from IPTV and upload them to my own servers where i can charge a fee to access and watch the movies/Live TV.
