I have the following:
Autopsy.The.Dead.Speak.1997
Autopsy.Secrets.of.the.Dead.1999
Autopsy.Dead.Giveaway.2002
Autopsy.Dead.Awakening.2003
Autopsy.Sex.Lies.and.Murder.2006

The HBO site shows 2 missing episodes,  Dead Men Do Tell Tales (  https://www.hbo.com/autopsy/season-1/2-d...tell-tales )
and Confessions of a Medical Examiner ( https://www.hbo.com/autopsy/season-1/6-c...l-examiner ) ...

IMDB says their are a few additional, but can't confirm that as I have not seen them either..

yeah ... someone uploading it ... someone uploading a quarter of a century old TV show that hasn't aired in years and that never had a physical release and that no streaming service carries ...
