I am looking for Man V. Food Presents Breakfast but haven't been able to find it anywhere. (I suspect it isn't available anywhere, but hope springs eternal, so I periodically ask again.)

Assuming it is an episode from that show, is it the one titled "Hall of Fame: Top 5 Breakfast Bonanza" ?

It's a ompilation episode, not a regular episode. He's been chasing all the compilation episodes, which never get re-aired and aren't in the DVD boxsets for ages now.

Had a look at the first link. The description states:
"Adam searches for the best breakfasts in the United States; "Mancakes" in Portland, Ore.; giant cinnamon roll in San Antonio."

This is distributed across two episodes Episode 11 (Season 1) and Episode 141 (Season 8)
So, it appears what you are seeking is some 'compilation' episode as ClockworkApocalypse, observed.
