I have a 21.9GB raw blu-ray file for Hawk the Slayer if you want to do an encode yourself.

This one seems good enough for me but yes, generally I would prefer to start with the raw 20-27 GB extraction and put it at about 10 GB for a 1080p film.
About 30% is better on 1080p but 50% compression is usually just fine if it's compressed in slow or slower mode.
