We're looking for a tablet on Black Fridays and I am hoping that I can jailbreak them for most makes and models.
How do I do it, or to be more succinct, where in the Internet is there good information on how to do it?

Theres a number of options based on model and Android version.
And a certain risk of bricking if flashing fails.
Got an Android phone for $20 at WM. Dont use it enough to bother rooting it. Get any wanted apps outside of Google and dont even have a google account .
Android is a toy OS. Advise look for something with Linux or Win if the tablet is not also a phone.
Of coarse you can enable the developer options if you don't want to destroy the operating system. At least that would give some idea as to what it is capable of.
