I tried looking on google and all I found was that traditional music that everyone thinks of when say arabic music. I'm just curious that if they had something similar to rock that I would like to hear it

Chances are you would consider turkish and ethiopean music arab even though neither of them are arab (technically speaking). Rock music and culture is also a very wide field ranging from elvis presley to slayer and beyond.
But weird intersections do happen. Take this 60something year old recording from egypt:
If you feel like diving into it there is a lot of north african stuff that could be justifiably filed under arab rock. As for the middle eastern part of the world only the turks (not arab) have produced real "rock", as far as I know anyway. I would be pleased to be proven wrong

I just got used to listening to Mongolian Rock, The HU. I can only imagine what the Arabs are doing. Now I got to look, the suspense is killing me
