There are several possibilities, Astra being one of them.
Astra and OceanWP are both pretty popular free themes that have built a lot of sites.
Personally, as an experienced web developer, I hate themes, and try to keep plugins to a minimum. I build a custom themes and bespoke functionality. So using themes and loads of plugins you can build a website but it won't be as good as using a proper
web dev company to build one.
You do get what you pay for.
