Hello, there are some trustworthy users who don't have skulls for some reason, but they have legit Torrents.

They are all legit, all their torrents are safe and working.
ALL their torrents - You checked each one ?
No link to their pages on TPB ? How can we check them ?
We don't take requests for promotions. If the crew felt they were worthy of skulled status, they'd already be Trusted uploaders. That's not to say however, that in time, they might get a promotion.

We used to have nominations threads a long long time ago. This thread is an example of why we got rid of them.
